The project is located in the village of La Cuba in the municipality of San Luis, eastern Antioquia; 2 km from the main park; 3 hours from the city of Medellin; 6 hours from the city of Bogotá and 2 hours from the José María Córdova International Airport, approximately.
It is made up of 120 lots from 3,333 m²; flat and semi-flat. The properties are classified as a rural area, for this reason the minimum area to be marketed is 3,333 m².
We are in the third stage of lot sales and the price per square meter is $45,000 pesos, that is, for example, a 3,333 m² lot has a value of $149,985,000.

- 250 m² - $750 million
- 350 m² - $1,050 million
Note: *Prices do not include swimming pool.
The value of the pool according to the design proposed by us and shown through the renderings is $65,000,000.
The access road to the condominium is an approximate extension of 50 meters on a 6-meter-wide tread plate and with its respective gutters. The interior roads within the condominium are also 6 meters wide in affirmation and with their respective gutters. Roads for private use of the condominium.
The project has an access goal, we do NOT have plans to build a social club; we seek greater privacy and connection with nature for owners and residents; For this reason, the only social and/or common area will be the trails that we will build in the wooded areas that border the condominium. The administration cost is approximately $150,000 pesos.
If possible, the architectural guidelines that we have stipulated for the exteriors of the houses should be taken into account so that the condominium has harmony as a whole.
The total construction percentage per lot is up to 40%. Within said percentage, only the construction of one (1) house per lot and up to two (2) levels is allowed; auxiliary constructions can be made such as: courts, trails, kiosks, swimming pool, among others. It can also be sown.
Each buyer will be left with a full deed for their property.
An initial disbursement of 50% of the lot value is made, with the completion and authentication of the purchase sale. The remaining 50% is paid upon delivery of the deed. The delivery time of the deeds can take between 1 and 2 months, that is, that would be the period of time that a person has to pay the entire lot.
The form of payment of the houses is as follows:
- 40% Advance, for the start of work.
- 30% Advance, when the house is 50% built.
- 20% Additional, when the house is 80% built.
- 10% Final, when the house is 100%.
The projected time for the construction of a house is between 4 and 6 months approximately. We do not have a time limit for the construction of the house.
The lot is delivered with water connection and access road to the property. The enclosure, the earthworks, energy, construction license and everything else is paid by the owner.
